Well, I myself go to it to meet the people and see all kinds of different SRT's. It's alot different for you guys in Michigan/Toledo... we don't have a group of people here in Cincinnati that have SRT-4's. There are a few owners but we maybe see each other 1-2 times a year.

Dale tried to have it at Indy but something came up and they couldn't have it there, it's not his fault. And the SRT Nationals has never been SRT-4 only. I don't know where you got that from.

Randy, this is cut and pasted directly from srtnationals.org. His comment about the fastest car not being a Neon was in one of our old Toledo threads I believe. Bottom line is we were looking forward to a SRT-4 exclusive event that was going to be held in Indianapolis. It is neither now and we no longer want to go. Our event will be exactly what we wanted to attend and therefore will be our event of choice. There is no reason why our name choice should be changed as it describes the event very well. You asked what we had against the nats and we have answered. There is no point in arguing about it as we have our reasons for not going just as you have your reasons for wanting to go. We are working hard on this event and our goal is to hold it every year as well and make the biggest SRT-4 gathering of the year, every year. Most of us will also be attending the Mopar Nats in Columbus this year where we will get our fill of watching fast Mopars in exchange for a 2 1/2 hour drive.
