well these are some pics from the very start to what it is now.
this car started life with a 305 carb engine 700r4 trans and an open deff with 3.23 gears and drum brakes

since then i have added a 355 small chevy, i rebuilt the trans with BandM goodies, Band M holeshot 3000 convertor( with anti baloon plates)
richmond 4.10 gears in the borg and warner 7.625 10 bolt, added rear disc brakes and soem more odds and ends

ya its the stocker one side is american the other is canadian eh lol it will spin around though

i agree that is the dumbest spedo i think GM had ever engineered but it works most the time so eventually the rest of the qutometers are going to go in

well the spedo cable is 22 years old and most the time it works others it just bobbles since the gear install the spedo is way the hell off

These pix kinda made me hungry to restart my old 73 Z-28 project again. Before a wiring harness meltdown, was running 10.56/128 MPH. I actually sold my ALL original 69 SS Camaro to buy & finance my SRT-4. It was a tough decision, but I'd do it again in a heartbeat.This is a REALLY good little car !!!

i got my eagle esp rotating assembly just need to get my block down to the machine shop to go .030 over bore ,clerance the block for the longer stroke, and aling bore the new main caps
